1. Overview

The Looosh Seller Council is an advisory program operated by SureSend LLC ("Looosh") to gather structured feedback from qualified sellers on marketplace tools, policies, and seller experience.

The Seller Council is not a governing body. It does not have binding authority over platform decisions, legal policies, financial rules, or individual moderation outcomes. Participation is voluntary and advisory only.

The Seller Council program is currently in the planning stage. No applications, nominations, voting, or formal participation are open at this time. This charter describes the intended program structure ahead of its anticipated launch.

2. Timing — Coming in 2027

The Looosh Seller Council is targeted for launch in 2027.

The Council is not active. Sellers may not currently apply, self-nominate, or claim membership. There is no waitlist at this time. Looosh will communicate the launch process to eligible sellers through official in-app and email channels when the program opens.

No timeline is guaranteed. The 2027 target is a planning estimate and may change based on marketplace conditions, legal review, operational readiness, or other factors.

3. Purpose

When launched, the Looosh Seller Council will serve as a structured feedback channel between Looosh and a representative group of active, qualified sellers.

The Council's intended purpose is to provide Looosh with seller-side perspective on: • Seller listing and inventory tools • Category and item-type experience • Shipping and fulfillment friction points • Trust, badge, and policy clarity • Seller education and support needs • Marketplace improvement ideas from real seller experience

Feedback gathered through the Seller Council will inform — but not determine — product and policy decisions made by Looosh.

4. Eligibility

Looosh will define specific eligibility requirements when the program launches. Current planning criteria include:

• Active seller account in good standing on Looosh; • No unresolved trust, safety, or policy issues; • Meaningful marketplace activity or demonstrated category experience; • Invitation, nomination, or selection through a process determined by Looosh.

Founding sellers who are active and in good standing at the time the Council launches may be prioritized for early consideration. No founding-seller seat is guaranteed.

Eligibility criteria are subject to change before program launch. Looosh reserves the right to define, modify, or waive eligibility requirements at its discretion.

5. Advisory Scope

Seller Council members, when the program launches, will be invited to provide feedback on: • Seller-facing tools — listing creation, inventory management, bulk tools, import workflows • Category and item-type experience — what works, what creates friction, what would help sellers list more accurately • Shipping and fulfillment — carrier options, label tools, tracking, packaging guidance • Trust and badges — seller badge criteria, seller education on trust signals • Policies — policy clarity, notice periods, communication quality • Marketplace improvements — general ideas for a better seller experience

Advisory input may be gathered through surveys, structured sessions, message threads, or other formats determined by Looosh. Looosh does not commit to a specific feedback cadence.

6. Reserved Rights and Veto Boundaries

Looosh / SureSend LLC retains final, non-advisory authority over all platform decisions. No Seller Council input, recommendation, or consensus can bind Looosh's decisions in any of the following areas:

• Legal compliance, regulatory obligations, and applicable law; • Fraud, abuse, and security policy; • Buyer safety, child safety, and consumer protection; • Prohibited items and content policy; • Payment, payout, fee, refund, and tax rules; • Search ranking and algorithmic fairness; • Moderation, claims, dispute resolution, and account enforcement decisions; • Platform architecture, infrastructure, and cost decisions; • Third-party provider relationships, contracts, and API integrations; • Looosh's corporate, legal, or ownership structure.

These reserved areas are not subject to advisory input through the Seller Council. Looosh may, at its discretion, share context or explanation in these areas, but final authority rests solely with SureSend LLC.

7. What Looosh Does Not Promise

Participation in the Seller Council — when launched — does not and will not include any of the following:

• Binding votes or veto power over any platform decision; • Guaranteed implementation of any seller feedback or recommendation; • A guaranteed seat on the Council for any seller; • Access to private buyer data, other sellers' data, transaction records, or PII; • Power over individual moderation outcomes, claim decisions, refunds, payouts, or account enforcement actions; • Compensation, discounts, or financial consideration, unless separately agreed in writing by SureSend LLC; • Public API access, partner API access, or external data-sharing rights; • Priority over legal, safety, or compliance requirements; • Availability of the program before 2027.

This program is advisory in nature. Sellers who participate should understand that their role is to share perspective, not to govern the platform.

8. Expected Conduct

When the program launches, Seller Council members will be expected to:

• Engage in good faith and with respect for other participants and Looosh staff; • Maintain confidentiality of any non-public information shared during Council sessions; • Not use Council participation to gain commercial advantage over other sellers; • Not publicly represent feedback or positions as binding Looosh commitments; • Comply with Looosh's Terms of Service and Seller Agreement at all times.

Looosh reserves the right to remove a seller from Council participation for conduct inconsistent with these expectations or with Looosh's platform policies.

9. Changes to This Charter

Looosh may update this charter at any time before or after program launch. Updates will be reflected on this page with a revised date.

This charter does not constitute a contract between Looosh and any seller. It is a planning document describing intended program scope and governance principles. No rights are conferred by this document.
